Your privacy and security are important to us. We respect the privacy rights of our website visitors and we will never distribute, share or sell your information to outside parties under any circumstances.

Shipping
Escama Studio ships online orders to US and most International locations. Our standard method of shipping is Priority Mail® for domestic and International shipments. The average time-in-transit for domestic parcels is 3-4 days.

Most items will ship within 1 or 2 days from the date when the online order is made. In the event that an item becomes unavailable we will inform you of the expected ship date by e-mail. If the estimated ship date is not acceptable, you will have the option to cancel your order at that time.

Damage Claims
Damage claims on shipped items must be made within 48 hours of package arrival. Please inspect your purchases immediately upon receipt as no claims can be made after 48 hours. Please contact Escama Studio immediately at: online@escamastudio.com

Return Policy
Escama Studio will accept exchanges / returns of online sales within 30 days from shipment of goods. Returns for items bought in stores must be directed to the store where the item was purchased.

Here is how to make a return:

  1. The item must be in its original and unused condition with original hang-tags attached.
  2. Include a copy of your sales receipt, return address, phone number, instructions in the box.
  3. Insure your shipment for the value of the item. Use a shipping method that is traceable (e.g. Priority Mail®, UPS, FedEx, DHL).
  4. Mail to the following address:

Exchanges and refunds will be processed within one week upon receipt of the returned item.
